it’s obvious that during the last years, our musical gravity center checklessly shifted from berlin towards london. what before was dubstep and slowed down to funky has currently lost its name - for we think “post-dubstep” is an improper appellation. what we perceive is a particular treatment of the bass combined with the indispensable rules of dub that thoroughly refreshed house and techno. as we never lost sight of our starting point, we focus on more berlin-centered developments in this show. it’s a selection that highlights what absorbed us since the year one: a darkness, filled with hope.
